How do I register for Radodays Asia?

You need to register online. Registration will open in February 2019.  

Is there an early bird discount?
By registering before a certain date, which will be announced  in 2019 you can receive discount rates. Other prices may apply if you have a ”Partner Organisation Code”.

What is a ”Partner Organisation Code”?
Radiodays Asia has a number of partner organisations in different countries.  If you are employed by a company that is a member of one of these organisations, the company may have got a ”Partner Organisation Code”.  If so, enter it in the registration form.  Please contact the company or organisation to confirm the "Partner Organisation Code".

How do I pay for my Radiodays Asia ticket?
You can pay for your ticket online using major cards including Visa (Debit/Credit) and Mastercard. If you do not have access to international credit cards, an invoice will be issued for international payment.

What is the Corporate Address of the Radiodays Asia?

Tickets & redeeming tickets on the day

How do I know whether my payment for the ticket went through?

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your ticket. 

What shall I do with the ticket?
1. Print it out 2. Bring it with you.

What happens if I come to the conference without my ticket?
If you arrive without your ticket you will be able to collect your badge from the registration desk. You must bring photo ID and allow for extra time to collect your badge. 

Can several people gain entry on the same ticket?
The ticekt is personal and may only be used by the person named on the ticket.  

Speakers & programme 

How do I become a speaker at Radiodays Asia? 
To become a speaker at Radiodays Asia please submit your session title suggestion to anders@radiodaysasia.com. All speaker suggestions will be discussed and decided on by the Programme Committee for Radiodays Asia.  The Programme Committee has members from Asia, Europe and Australia.

How do I suggest a session for Radiodays Asia? 
Please send your session suggestion to anders@radiodaysasia.com.

When are speakers announced for Radiodays Asia? 
Speakers will announced from April to July. Speakers are confirmed by email and announced publicly on the Radiodays Asia website. 

I am a speaker where do I find information on presentations, set up, submitting my bio/pic & arrival? 
Speakers can find all the information they need in the Speaker Login section.

I am a journalist, I would like to contact a Radiodays Asia speaker for an interview, how do I do this?

How do I become a Media Partner? 
Media Partners must apply to here Please note that Media Partner companies must demonstrate that they meet the criteria to become Media Partners, Radiodays Asia reserve the right to refuse any company. 

Which companies are eligible to become Partner Organisations?   
Radiodays Asia assesses each application to become a Partner Organisation individually.

Where is the venue for Radioddays Asia 2019? 
Radiodays Asia 2019 will be held at Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Terms & Conditions for the sale of tickets to Radiodays Asia 2019

Cancellation policy
Registration is binding and payment for ticket will not be refunded.  If a registered delegate cannot participate after all, you can transfer the ticket to another person.  To do this – send mail to ticketsales@radiodaysasia.com.

Force Majeure
Radiodays Asia reserves the right to modify dates, locations, schedules and programmes as well as cancel the event if caused by “force majeure”. Force majeure is any act or event beyond the control of RDE and which prevents it from executing its obligations and shall include, but not be limited to, technical failure, strike, hostilities, weather and any governmental decision affecting the event. In that case, the ticket buyer has no right to compensation.
